There are many opportunities to gather and recite the Rosary, the prayer that helps us to meditate on the lives of Jesus and His Holy Mother. Our Lady, Herself gave us this wonderful prayer. Even though the Rosary can be recited in private, it is wonderful to pray the Rosary as a community prayer and if recited in a church, special indulgences are gained. Opportunities to pray the Rosary as a community include:
- Every weekday morning prior to the 9 a.m. Mass.
- Tuesday evenings in church at 7 p.m. The Rosary and Chapel of the Divine Mercy are prayed in the upper church. We have rosaries and prayer handouts if needed. (for more information contact David Hammer at email@example.com)
- The Children’s Rosary Group, the Armata Bianca, meets at the Grotto of the Blessed Mother or in the Church on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the school year at 2:45 p.m..
- Saturday mornings in church after the 8:30am Mass in church, to recite the United Hearts Rosary.
Please come join us in prayer as we thank and praise God while asking for our special intentions. Friends are welcome! Mary has always appeared asking her children to wear the brown scapular ad pray the Holy Rosary.
